Educators, Donors, and Community Members,

The Teacher Store was imagined in 2008 by Corda Credit Union as a way to give back to their roots of the founding eleven teachers in 1935. The Teacher Store is a way to honor their generosity, selfless dedication, and spirit. The goal was to create a nonprofit organization that provides free classroom supplies to educators in the communities served by the credit union.

For nearly 20 years, Corda Credit Union, through the Teacher Store, has supported K-12 educators by providing free supplies and resources to benefit students and schools in our communities. The mission of the Teacher Store remains constant.

As we look to the future, continuing to honor Corda and strengthen alignment between both organizations, we are excited to announce a new chapter coming soon.

On March 2, the Teacher Store will officially become Corda Teacher Store.

While our name and visual identity will change on March 2 to align with Corda, our focus on supporting educators, students, and schools will not.

Why the name is changing

The name change to Corda Teacher Store reinforces that connection and helps ensure continued support for classrooms and the education community for generations to come.

• The name will become Corda Teacher Store
• The visual identity, with the new logo is shared below
• Social media channels will reflect the new name
• The website will move to cordateacherstore.org

This is an evolution of our name and visual identity, not our mission and purpose. Our story, care, and commitment to educators remain the same as we continue supporting schools and the educators who make such an impact every day.
