Teacher Appreciation Day! CANCELED due to COVID-19 Crisis
May 5 @ 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Sadly, this popular event is canceled due to the COVID-19 crisis.
Join us to celebrate National Teacher Appreciation Day! We’re throwing a wingding for our favorite people (yup, that’s YOU, teachers!) on Tuesday, May 5, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. at NewBo City Market. It is also Cinco de Mayo so there will be a Mexican theme for the food and drinks!
Come on down and enjoy light, tasty food and a couple of drinks on us. There’ll be door prizes and other fun giveaways. The Teacher Store will be parked right outside the door, so bring your Teacher Bucks and do some shopping while you’re there. We’ll have the spin-to-win wheel at the party, so you get a few more Teacher Bucks, too! This event is EXCLUSIVELY for public and private K-12 teachers. (Sorry, no daycare or homeschool educators. Also, no kids or spouses, please! Unless they’re teachers….) Please bring your teacher ID. You must be at least 21 years of age to attend.
Space is limited. We use Eventbrite to register attendees. We will post the Eventbrite link on this page in mid-April so check back them to reserver your spot. (You may RSVP for yourself and one guest. If more people would like to come with you, they’ll have to RSVP separately.)
We hope to see you on May 5th!
